the S family

We had a great day for this family session – despite the mosquitos that were chasing us 🙂 And while I was editing their family session, it dawned on me that I never blogged Cole’s newborn photos – which I’m going to blame on the fact that I was 8 months pregnant at the time. That’s a good excuse, right?!? Anyways, time flies…here he is at 6 months old along with his two older brothers who just adore him. They knew exactly how to make him smile! Sweet Henrik

Beth and Jake welcomed sweet baby Henrik into the world a few weeks ago! Baby snuggles are just the best – especially when they are your friend’s little ones! I just love in-home newborn sessions as well, as you get to photograph people in their comfort zone where they feel safe and relaxed. Here he is at 5 days old…sigh…you are so loved little man!

Beth + Jake | Maternity

Beth and Jake are welcoming baby boy E into this world in the next few weeks! Beth and I have been friends for 12+ years. (Sidenote: I don’t know how 12 is possible, because that means I have been out of college for quite some time…yikes.) Anyways, our group of friends has been hit with the baby fever and our get togethers have changed quite a bit, which has been so amazing to watch. I’m so grateful we’re all on this parenthood journey together and I’m unbelievably excited for Beth and Jake! Here are a few maternity photos from our session (isn’t she a beautiful mama?!?):

the K Family

I’ve been photographing the K family since July 2012 and I truly enjoy watching their family grow and change. First with Noah’s 1 year pics, then Jillian as an infant, skip forward a few sessions to the latest one…which might just be my fave so far. Their personalities are really showing in these pics…they have so much love for each other!
